Postage & returns

Postage is available as a standard option for 3 zones: UK, Europe, and the rest of the world; and an express option for the UK. The standard option is calculated by weight, whereas the express option uses a flat rate for up to 4 items.

All items are posted out via Royal Mail. Below is a guide to how long your package should take to arrive:

UK (standard – Royal Mail 2nd Class): within 5 working days
UK (express – Royal Mail Special Delivery – requires a signature): within 3 working days
Europe (Royal Mail International Standard): within 7 working days
Worldwide (Royal Mail International Standard): within 10 working days

In the unlikely event of your purchase being faulty, or if you wish to return it for any other reason, please post it in the condition received to: 3 Monmouth Place, Bath, UK, BA1 2AT. We will refund you in full, plus the cost of postage, or you may exchange it. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item is deemed to have been damaged.
