Postage & Returns

Postage is available calculated by weight for 3 zones: UK, Europe, and the rest of the world.

All items are posted out via Royal Mail. Below is a guide to how long your package should take to arrive:

UK (standard – Royal Mail 48 Tracked): within 7 working days
Europe (Royal Mail International Standard): within 10 working days
Worldwide (Royal Mail International Standard): within 15 working days

In the unlikely event of your purchase being faulty, or if you wish to return it for any other reason, please post it in the condition received to: 34 Duke Road, London W4 2DD. We will refund you in full, plus the cost of postage, or you may exchange it. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item is deemed to have been damaged.
