Observations & meditations on the day-to-day
When we resist the flow.
When we work in alignment with our life direction problems get solved relatively easily – even when they initially appear intractable. It is only when we resist the flow that we feel as if we are swimming through treacle. We think avoidance will make things easy – but in fact it does quite the opposite. A vital part of therapy is to identify that sometimes hidden “life direction”. Once that is found, plans of action and growth become relatively easy to develop.
