Views from Provence.

The Chateau, photographed on our recent stay, bathed in the famous Provence light.

It really is quite extraordinary – like thick, molten gold smeared across a vast expanse of simmering red hot sky.

Imagine me sitting on a high balcony with a glass of chilled local rosé, looking out across darkening acres of vineyards bathed fleetingly in the dying light of the day. Peace that passeth all understand and all that …
